LET'S BEGIN WITH WEEK 25 AFFIRMATION,
"I CAN STAND-UP for WHAT IS TRUE"
I can find that my truth is constantly being challenged by others, or is it really just myself who I am in strife with? Maybe I’ve been told that sexual abuse occurs often enough, so that I can just get over it. Witnessing so many contradictions of truth is bothersome to me. Who’s given the power to speak-up for what is true and disheartening?
In order for me not to become an outcast because of my truth, I became one anyways as a hideaway. I may have refused to stand-up for myself as my freewill to survive and escape. While all along, I was just hurting with no egotistical strides to help me along the way.
The act of courage is something unlike what you may think. Especially when I have the power to stand-up to such vile things. It takes a true king or queen to take hold of what is off and challenge the orders of the wrong. I can stand-up for what is true because this is what I was brought through- a gait to my truest essence in spirituality to walk through.
