ALERT:KNOW THE STATISTICS@ https://www.rainn.org/statistics
Respect others' boundaries.
Ask for consent.
Intervene when someone's in trouble.
Notice the warning signs of abuse and speak up.
Nurture myself and others
In the past, I may not have been aware of my urgency to heal. Knowing that life will continue with all of its ups/downs, and my healing as a sexual abuse survivor is a part of this evolution just as well! Being with a state of mind for growth, I can truly focus on myself.
The people that do surround me can understand my healing process only if they’ve experienced a form of holistic healing themselves. Besides, what other people think about me now or any other time is far beyond my mind. As a sexual abuse survivor, this simply means that I am strictly focused on healing to anchor balance in my lifetime.
