HOW TO GROUND in HOLISTIC HEALTH | USING ROOT ESSENTIAL OILS
Welcome back, everyone, to Reality in Balance, wherein this blog-podcast, we’ll discuss the aromatic parts of the root plant for grounding and balancing our health holistically.
When we think about grounding ourselves, some expressions might come to mind like being humble, self-disciplined, or to have a foundation built on willed self-determination in life. Whatever that may be, grounding is necessary for all of us to embody, because life has its courses of change and directions. Therefore, we all need to stay on a track that is balanced to have fewer distractions.
Historically, holistic practitioners knew what we know today that root essential oils carry powerful chemical components. Below the ground of the earth, roots are the most natural plant part for grounding energy and providing stability. There are various layers to understanding the energetic levels of root oils. Let’s explore what it means to be spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically grounded in holistic health, using root essential oils as a conduit.
ROOT ESSENTIAL OILS and THEIR HOLISTIC HEALTH BENEFITS
The advanced awareness on how to use the root essential oils to develop a spiritual connection to our Ancestors and Spiritual Guides are grounded in this resilient plant part. The spiritual use of a root essential oil can help us uncover the spiritual essence of our spiritual practice.
To manage and balance your “thought process” for creating a happy, stable, and productive life is essential. We can keep our minds focused on the positives in life with root essential oils. The subtle mental body contains all of the thought patterns in our consciousness that create our reality. Begin grounding with clear intentions to stay focused while utilizing root essential oils.
Use root essential oils as a tool for coping and to unblock underlying challenges. Sometimes, our poor coping skills may be what disallows us from remaining grounded in life. The emotional body is just as real as the physical body. After all, we don’t have to be convinced that everyone has feelings. A root essential oil can help you get in touch with, embrace, or transmute your emotions. Balance is always the key, and it begins with the awareness of how we feel in all situations.
Use root essential oils to sustain the physical, mundane existence of ourselves. Just like our root chakra is connected to financial stability, we can utilize root essential oils for career support as well. In this instance, root oils can enhance the physical body or how we exist.
ROOTED IN LONGEVITY
Root essential oils symbolize a lifelong of longevity and give our physical work stability to keep our energy grounded. Based on these metaphysical principles, as well as the physiological benefits provided by root essential oils, spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional compatibilities, it can restore our health holistically.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ROOT CHAKRA
Welcome back to Reality In Balance everyone. In this blogcast series, we’ll have access to the unique functions of the root chakra simply by being aware of the energies that we carry with us. The blocked and unbalanced root chakra are two distinct imbalances that can be easily detected. We can distinguish between both areas to consider if our first chakra is blocked or unbalanced from hyperactive emotions and activities, or even stagnant energy.
Last week, we talked about what a balanced root chakra is and how to recognize its characteristics when we’re in alignment with our current path energetically. I’ll leave the link to the last blogcast below. While you’re still here, please take a sec ond to like the video and subscribe to the channel, thank you kindly!
The BLOCKED ROOT CHAKRA
In this area of physical activity, we lack the motivation that it takes to get us out of our circumstances in life with blockages in the root chakra. A noticeable blocked root chakra are feelings of hopelessness and the inability to find the drive to move forward in life. We are emotionally drained and have lost the footing for our purpose here on earth.
If we’re in-tune with how we speak to ourselves and other people, we might notice a significant amount of negative affirmations that flow from a blocked root chakra. There’s a sense of no hope or stability within sight where we can put ourselves back onto the right track. In reality, we naturally gravitate to the root of the problem, and in this case, this is not true.
The UNBALANCED ROOT CHAKRA
There is no go-in-between or middle ground to represent an unbalanced root chakra because everything is extreme in this state of being. We are easily irritated, agitated, angered, furious, enraged, frustrated, violent, and in the zone, seeing the color red. In this state of being, we are no longer thinking but only reacting to all things in an acute measure.
An unbalanced root chakra is an individual filled with all of the aspects of heat and fire, similar to an outraged Aries sun sign whose emotions can be unstoppable without the right balance. Due to this, our DNA is being destroyed in the process by lowering the core of our intelligence with unbalanced root chakra behaviors.
Another example of an unbalanced root chakra is being attached to our thoughts and actions constantly. Causing us to overeat, abuse drugs, often seeking adrenaline, sex and material possessions could be the course of our actions that lead to obsessive behaviors. This is the nature of the root chakra that is unbalanced.
In the next video, we’ll talk about tools that can be used specifically for root chakra balancing. Stay tuned for the upcoming content ahead on Reality In Balance. I’ll see you guys the next time. Be well, and balance in peace, peace!

the ROOT CHAKRA
Welcome back to Reality In Balance! We’re going to get straight to the point on this subject for us to discover if the ROOT CHAKRA is in Balance, which in turn, can help us to control any harmful triggers and our overall health.
The Root Chakra is our first major energy wheel, located in alignment with the tailbone, at the base of the spine. Its color is red signifies the inner-core of the earth’s energy that is wailing-up inside. The first Root Chakra promotes vital energy to harmonize our physical body. This origin is also represented as the Kundalini pure energy source that rises-up and travel by the spine as a vital force form for immediate action.
We have access to our foundation in life, represented by birth to early adolescent years through the 1st Root Chakra. When our Root Chakra is balanced, it appears through the stability in relationships, earth, and all life forms. We have deep and personal accountability for our life and environment. Rooted in creativity, inner strength, and enjoying the creative process while shaping life forms brings a harmonious balance to our physical body through the 1st-Root Chakra.

THE 3 BASIC TOOLS to USE for a SPIRITUAL GROUNDING | That Everyone Can Do!
For you to reach this point of no return, where you are living your life with no excuses and ready to discover The 3 Basic Tools to Use for Spiritual Grounding, then please continue with this blog, following my new Blog Series titled- Reality In Balance here on YouTube.
The universe has instrumentally supplied basic principles to Spiritual Grounding for your spiritual development in a very simple manner to relate to. I find that it’s the individual’s inconsistent approach to these tools that can bring about discouragements in their spiritual elevation, and because of it, an on-going confusion surrounding their purpose in life.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SPIRITUALLY GROUNDED?
Or what does Spiritual Grounding mean? When we think of the spirit, we know that it has no shape or form. It is the nonphysical part of a person which is the seat of emotions and character. If the spirit is weakened, it can be easily manipulated. If the spirit is strong, it has unlocked certain keys to the unfolding of its consciousness.
You might hear someone mentioning around you that they are in good spirits today- Meaning that they are feeling good or vigorous! Vice-versa, for when a person mentions having low spirits- They are not in a good space. You are a space for your spirit to occupy. We call these bodies our spacesuits. Therefore, to protect your spirit from the waves of distractions that are taking away from your purpose in life, it is your divine lifeline and right to elevate your spirit with Basic Spiritual Grounding Tools.
Meditation is not a chore. You can be flexible and disciplined with it. Meditate in silence, while writing, drawing, walking, exercising, bathing, and so on. The point is to focus on one thing and draw your attention back to that one thing gently for a few minutes. Sometimes, you might have the notion to change and switch it up over time, and this is completely normal.
With consistency in this area, it will be highly noticeable to yourself and others. A person is Spiritually Grounded in thought and action through the clarifying routes of meditation.
Eliminate Stress~ The second Basic Tool for Spiritual Grounding that Everyone Can Do will innately amplify a spiritual awakening with the purge of your fears and worries. To eliminate stress is defined by removing any tension surrounding your environment.
This can be performed gradually over some time. It does not mean that you can disregard your conscious mistakes, but instead, to use your intellect during those experiences, and spiritually rebalance yourself. If you hurt someone, think of ways to change this about you. No matter how much a person tries to block out their bad behaviors, it will always remain in the true essence of the person's consciousness to show up and disrupt other areas in their life.
For example, maybe you've said something completely out of character to someone that you love, and this has caused a break in the relationship. It's okay, to genuinely apologize from the expressions of your heart. The point here is to free yourself from any guilt and regrets to move on in life a bit lighter. Do what's necessary to rebalance positively. Disallow stress and its normalcy towards you is Spiritual Grounding.
When we come to the point where the mind is governed by the grounded spiritual-self, we will be embraced in a peace that surpasses understanding. It keeps the mind clear, clean, harmonious, and vital; and in its turn manages, controls, and governs the body, acting as the purifying agent of both mind and body. There is a spiritual center within every one of us, and in that center is stored up our entire spiritual heritage. This center is not within the body, but in our consciousness, and we can draw out its infinite enfoldments. It is important to protect it with persistent Spiritual Grounding practices.
