“I affirm today it is safe to make sounds, talk, and tell all my secrets. My life is no longer in jeopardy. I can begin very slowly and soon I will begin to notice the return of my authentic voice. My little one inside has waited so long to really talk. Today I can help her say all she needs to say in any way that she needs to say it.”
