Nurture myself and others
I may often find myself longing for something with urgency. This is due to the many imbalances in my life for so long. As a #survivor of #sexual #abuse, I lacked a loving, nurturing childhood. A lot of my childhood #Dreams & wants have gone unfulfilled. At one time, I may have even convinced myself that I did not deserve or was not meant to experience a balance & natural understanding of life.
Even though I cannot change the past, I can begin to give confidence & recognition to all my #Dreams today. Most of my passions may be carried over from childhood or young adulthood. This is to be expected. I admit to having buried most of all my talents for so long that they will require definite attention to move into my consciousness. Then, will I be alert to experience & move throughout all my feelings about them.
To bring my #Dreams into reality is something I feel in my heart & every cell of my body. It is an uneasiness that cannot be described by words. More precisely, it is a heartfelt desire that only I have nurtured into being. Today I recognize the extent that I deserve to have all of my #Dreams & divine purposes in life! I no longer have to hide them nor pretend that they don’t exist!
The important piece is that I allow myself to have them. In this manner, I will experience a wholeness of being & the freedom to manifest my #Dreams.
No matter where you are right now on your journey as a #sexual #abuse #survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time. You are a #Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts, “All My Dreams Have Purpose!!"
Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself. “All My Dreams Have Purpose”
