“I AM ON TRACK”
Peace of mind is felt when I wake-up in the morning in the realization of the true aspects of myself. In every course thus far taken on distinct pathways lead me to experience the laws of nature. With my footprints, I see as the only one wager.
No point for me to shuffle back and look down onto old pathways. I will start a new day with my dreams from night trekking now into the warm sunlight. They will be received in the routes that are experienced only by my light.
I rise after a hurdle. The time of my course was once again overturning, and the laps that I took around on this track began to reveal dishearten foothills I was not yet learning. Seeing my missed footsteps at a glimpse of the trajectory that I once feared and remit.
I am on track with a steady pace and reflecting on checkpoints that are within my space. Because my future is revealed by the paths along the way. I can see my direction as I slow down in the presence of this one lane. I recognize the baton in my awakening and can now visualize an all-seeing finish line and the sound of my pace.
No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on this concept, “I Am On Track".
Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself.
Your Reality in Balance begins at the very moment as the work is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the
improvement of mankind!
Balance & Peace…
